   I always have such a positive experience at the cosmetic clinic. All the staff are always so helpful and welcoming right when I walk through the door. Definitely ask for Summer! She always does my treatments and makes sure I feel so comfortable and listened to. She does a great job at explaining the treatment and care in a simple way that I can understand.

   Had a microdermabrasion with summer today, she made sure I was comfortable & made me feel welcome. She explained very well about what she was doing & the products she was using.    Florence and Summer were both great! Summer took her time explaining everything about my procedure and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions I had. Florence provided some great additional advice about ways I could improve my skin both with treatments but also focusing on holistic care and making improvements from the inside out. I could tell she had a lot of experience and knowledge, and I felt like I got a lot of extra value out of my appointment beyond just the laser treatment I was there for. While both ladies mentioned the brand of skincare carried by The Cosmetic Clinic, at no point did I feel pressured to purchase the range.

I was very nervous at first but she provided lots of reassurance and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She also provided me with clear instructions on what to do after my laser treatment which I feel very cared for and valued. I am so excited to be on this laser journey with Summer thank you so much, highly recommend Summer at the ponsonby clinic!

They listened and adjusted the setting to make it painless for me and explained the process thoroughly. The manager was also the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable very quickly. I get Priscilla to do my facials, she is fantastic, professional, knows her stuff, will always recommend products and new treatments. Which Is great as I don't know what my skin needs, I trust that she knows what she's doing and I feel confident putting my face in her hands. I highly recommend this clinic and Priscilla.
