Went in and saw Ivy for some injectable’s and I’m so happy with my results so far and the overall experience. She was so good at making me feel comfortable and explaining things in detail without trying to upsell me into anything I didn’t want. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking at getting lip filler or any Botox injections to see her!
I was very disappointed with the customer service from Cosmetic Clinic when they took over from Clear Skincare. I have bought multiple laser packages and had been using the clinic for years with no issues. I had to take a break from treatments while pregnant and breastfeeding my first child, as per the clinic's instructions, and the package expiry date was extended. However, when I fell pregnant with my second child I was told that they would no longer extend the package expiry date. I think it's outrageous to let a package expire when the clinic will not provide the service I have paid for. I will not be visiting this clinic again.
I felt very well cared for. Liv has a friendly demeanour. She took the time to listen and understand my needs and gave me very good explanations and advice.
Aria is amazing. I have been with her almost 2 years. She has great knowledge about skin treatments and always provide the best advice. Highly recommend!
These girls are absolute angels. Big smiles and cheery disposition every time I have an appointment. They are very thorough, detailing each step of their work while I get my treatment. I’m usually quite shy in these settings but they’re so chill, it’s a huge relief!
All I can say is, Jamee is amazing!!! She’s very friendly and always providing the best service. Since she looked after me and my partner, we see better results! Thanks so much Jamee.

The most amazing clinic I have ever been to. The staff are so lovely, caring and informative. They always help me with my skin and answer all my questions! Such a warm environment and I would recommend them to everyone.
Have had Jamie for hair removal everytime and specifically request her because she is literally the best!!! Not only makes you feel so comfortable but really makes sure you get the best service (i’ve noticed all the areas I get laser hair removal for now are all either reduced or theirs no growth anymore!!) whereas I’ve been to a few other places and had a few different people which didnt result in the same!! So highly would recommend booking with Jamie :)
Had a great experience for my first time doing a peel and LED with Bella. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt as though she really took her time to produce the best results for me. Will 100% be going back!
