I usually go here to get my laser! My laser experience has been great and the girls are lovely. However, I started getting my lips done here, and today I had my appointment scheduled. I realised on my way there I hadnβt received a usual text notifying me of the appointment. I called to double check and the lady said she didnβt have me in the system and it was most likely due to the nurse who does my lips left two months ago. I was not texted, emailed or notified that my appointment would be completely disregarded, especially when I was basically at eastridge about to walk through the front door. Iβm rather quite grumpy at this experience and upset as I have planned certain things around this.. Super unhappy

I've had various treatments at this clinic now, all with positive results. The staff are the highlight as they're professional and meticulous. My concerns are heard and addressed. When results can't be guaranteed they aren't overstated. What's more, I always leave with a big smile on my face. The clinic is beautiful and the treatments are top quality, yet well priced. Highly recommend.

I had 9 acne treatments and 3 micro needling but so far I donβt see any good results. Considering the number of treatments of have done, I should have better result or improvement on my skin. Unfortunately my acne had gone to worse even after spending thousands of money for a treatment and products. Different technicians had different recommendations and steps when doing the treatment. The acne set given to me was incomplete as they had run out of one of the products even though I have booked an appointment weeks before hand. Over all, I wouldnβt recommend their acne treatment.

I came in around a year with terrible hormonal acne, unsure what the root cause of it was. I was told they would be able to help and was put onto the Signature Acne Treatment. Every two weeks I would be in for an appointment and have spent what has felt like thousands of dollars by now with even worse acne now after being told they were certain they could help. I would not recommend this to treatment for severe acne however, it has helped me with scarring. The staff are all lovely and very easy to communicate with however, not the most professional. I was having to reschedule appointments regularly upon arrival as they often could not find the right tools for my appointment which was extremely frustrating as I had taken time out of my day for these appointments.

****update - its been 7 weeks since I requested a refund and still have not heard anything. Regional manager has advised me it's out if her hands and that support office in Australia will contact me direct. I can't find any contact details for a support office. Shouldn't someone from here be liaising with me? I am so shocked at the horrible customer service. I'll wait another couple of weeks otherwise will take this to the disputes tribunal. ---- Please think twice before spending money here as highly unlikely you will get it back. I have been advised it will takes 6-8 weeks for a refund request to be processed for a service that they could not provide! I purchased a laser removal package and have had four appointments cancelled on me. I was booked in to have my first appointment and it got cancelled due to staff absence. Second appointment i received a call on the day to say they have double booked me so again had to reschedule to following weekend. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm what time the appointment was and they said there was no booking under my name but said she could still schedule me in. Had my first laser session removal and that was fine. Third appointment gets cancelled again due to staff absence, gets rescheduled to following weekend. Get a text saying appointment cancelled due to staff absence AGAIN!??? after the 4th straw i was not willing to deal with this again. I sent an email and no response after 9 days. I call and leave a voice message and no response. Next day call in again and speak to the regional manager who stated she will look into my file. She emailed me and advised it will take 6-8 weeks to hear back for a refund request as it has to go through their head office. I have money as credit also and they are holding onto it. I have never dealt with any service with such an appalling returns policy, mind you I am asking for my money for a service they could not provide. Ill be lucky if i receive my money before Christmas. Clear skin clinic, I will update my review when I have received my money!
