Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great knowledge of subject, and made helpful suggestions of suitable books for children. Even went so far as to exchange the book when my granddaughter already had it!

I happened across this little place during a quick stop in Hamilton for lunch, and it was a great find! It is really cute and full of charming kids books. The person working there was really kind and friendly as well. An excellent place to get gifts and unique picture books.

Good selection of books, I may have rate 5 if staff is a bit supportive and willing to talk when we had some questions about the range of books for our grandniece's age.
Purchased a book online when there was still stock available for purchase. I then get informed the next morning that both books left in stock have since been sold out. Highly disappointed with this outcome - when the system shows they are available, how can they be 'sold out' in between those times - very bad service and/or system. Will not be purchasing from them again.
