There were three working this morning. Very welcoming and engaging not with myself plus a few others that were very much into getting some books.
Great little shop for the purchase of second hand books, or to drop off books that are no longer required for someone else to enjoy. Very friendly and useful service. Highly recommended for a visit.
What a treasure trove for book lovers. The lady who owns this shop is amazing. Just ask her if you are looking for a particular book or author. She will 90% of the time know if she has it and where it is.
A friend of mine told me, that there is a huge selection of cookbooks in this shop. I was amazed at what I found. But there's more! Way more! From classical authors, romantic novels, crime and mystery, anything gardening to signed sports books....
It's a lovely book shop. With more then thousands of old-new books for purchase. The prices are reasonable, ranging from around $2 to $10. Quite good prices considering some books are nearly brand new. They also offer little homemade lollies bags at the counter, which is a great idea so little kids can pester and convince their caregivers for a little lolly bag treat on the way home. As well as this, there is a kid corner filled with kids books and toys. This keeps your kids occupied while you find an exciting book to dive into.

I love going into the Little Book Shop. They have a great selection of sf books, and the whole shop is a labyrinth of books. So, it has that great used bookstore smell and ambiance. I just wish the place were larger. My favorite aspect of the shop is that you can find books from many years ago or even this year. Also, they have DVDs for those movies and shows you just can't stream anywhere.
It's an amazing 2nd hand book shop just the way I love it. There are estimated more than 30 thousand books sorted in the shelves and many more in the storage rooms, Anne told me. Most books for 2 to 3$ as I have seen. The shop will move to 51 Latham St. in April '17, so you can grab many FREE books there the first 2 weeks of April, she told me. Of cause you can deliver books, it's a 2nd hand shop.
