I went there like 7 years ago and I could only get a $9 toastie (good but $9 in 2018). Today they have a whole shelf of GF items and there is savoury and sweet. I got a whole spice loaf for $7.50!!!! It is soft and yummmmmm!”

We then went to the competitors store intending to purchase the pack but the staff ignored us (we were the only ones in the store and it was pretty obvious we were intending to buy since we'd pulled several packs from the shelves). We went back to Garrett and bought from him - why? Cos he acknowledged us, talked freely with us to assess our needs and showed us our choices all with a smile on his face. Customer Service definitely sells!”
