   I have been a customer of Big Save for more than 30 years. Brought 90% of our furniture from them. I needed to park in their car park for ten minute on Wednesday 7.45am, (car park empty). I stay with my vehicle. Fined $95. I think they have forgotten some basic principles about good business and welcoming customers and being kind. I will not be shopping there any more. No respect for customers or potential customer.

   So disappointed. I have purchased from Big Save Hastings before so as I am looking for a new sofa thought I would have a look. Sunday lunchtime, car park empty. A week later I get a $95 parking ticket in the mail. No visable signage and no staff member that let me know. It is just a money making exercise. I will never purchase anything from Big Save anywhere again. I will also be encouraging others to not shop there!

   We bought a bed and base from Napier Big Save and had wonderful service from Tammy a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I called into the store in Hastings today, to look at headboards. We found one that we liked however it was the display model and no others in stock, there were some dents and marks on the display model, when asked if the price would be reduced advised by the tall Indian customer serviceman that no that was the price, before he dashed off to serve someone else. Very disappointed in the way we were ignored and who would pay full price for a damaged product….not on Big Save Hastings and very disappointed!

   There were some nice, comfy couches for a good price, and we found the perfect entertainment center. The ladies there were friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely happy for us that we had found exactly what we were looking for.
