I showed up with a rental car that my daughter had been car sick in. The Groom Shop steam cleaned the affected area for me and even lent me a car to explore Napier in while I was visiting on a quick holiday. They went above and beyond with the service, and the price was surprisingly economical! I am so grateful! They really took the stress out of a pretty stressy situation. ☺️ And I was able to return the rental car with no issues.

Did a fantastic job on my Mazda, made it look like new for selling. Even did all the engine bay, leather seats felt and smelt new, full cut and polish. Well worth it!
