   I paid $600 for a whitening treatment and I regret it as I didn’t notice the slightest difference. After letting the practice know they provided two different formulas that were also ineffective. I understand that results can vary and I had to sign a disclaimer about this before treatment and after being offered the two different formulas I was told there is nothing else they could do. I don’t recommend the treatment based on my experience. Spending that much money for absolutely no result is incredibly disappointing. I was told I could expect one or two shades lighter and note my teeth were in good condition to begin with, with no major stains. On a positive note, I did have a scale and polish beforehand ($230), and that part of the visit was excellent. The hygienist took her time, didn’t rush as some other do, and answered all my questions. She did a great job. I just wish she had advised me during the visit whether the treatment was likely to be successful based on the condition of my teeth.

   We (me & my great granddaughter) give thanks & praise to the totally professional attitude & fine dental workmanship given by Paola & Jessica yesterday.. comfortable & relaxed was my 13yr old girl throughout the extremely intense work to rebuild her tooth that was 3/4 broken off through an horse accident 2wks ago. Truly grateful ladies and definitely recommend your professionalism to other potential clients

   Recently I have had major dental work done by two amazing dentists at this practice. Paola did my check-up and was so thorough. After my appointment I had a question and the reception team made sure Paola was informed and that same day Paola had written a comprehensive email covering my question but also reviewing everything she told me in the appointment. Paola then did amalgam filling removal over two appointments and was so gentle and reassuring in her manner as well as her technique. Once again, I was concerned about something during the procedure and I emailed the practice and Paola responded in writing with a clear and comprehensive explanation that removed all my concerns. The practice follows the “Smart Protocol” for the safe removal of amalgam fillings and I was in excellent hands. I also had to have extensive dental surgery and Gary performed that. I had to have a defective implant removed, an abscessed tooth removed, removal of extensive infected bone removed, and finally a bone graft. It was a very invasive procedure but Gary and his assistant worked like a well-oiled machine to make the procedures as easy as they could be. Gary explained what was happening all along so all uncertainty and anxiety was minimized. As well, because it was urgent that this be done right away, Gary and the team juggled appointments to fit me in before he left on a long vacation. I returned to have stitches removed and everything was checked thoroughly by Paola to ensure no infection was present and that everything was as it should be. I am so grateful to Paulo and Gary and all of the team who helped make a success of my dental experiences. Definitely 5 stars!

   Nobody likes having to go to the dentist, but if you have to, its great to have such a great place thats cares and doesnt allow you to exoerience any pain. I have had x 2 quite major sugeries at Dental on Raffles and neither time have I had any pain whatsoever. They are so caring and careful. You dont even feel the injections, as they totally numb the area first. Will always come here, even if it means 1.5 hrs of travel. I really appreciate all the staff. So professional !

   Couldn't get me in for month, even with extreme pain. Got seen within the day at Parkside dentists and tooth to be pulled in a few days. No way could I do a month of pain.. also when you ring through you get hung up on before anyone even answers

   I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed two years ago, no pain relief given for the recovery period. I quickly became concerned as I believed I had developed an infection, I revisited the dentist that had done the procedure and he dismissed my concerns after a brief examination. I then went to my GP as I had developed a fever, after a quick look said that I had a fairly severe infection and was also amazed I hadn't been prescribed anything for pain. Once I was on pain relief and antibiotics I finally started to heal. More than 2 years later I am having complications as a result of the issues likely caused at this practice. After a CT scan I am now scheduled for a surgery to a sinus to clear out the remnants of infection & inflammation. I really hope that dentist doesn't work there anymore. If he doesn't I'll happily remove this review.

   Fantastic service. Came here for an urgent extraction and my old dentist couldn't get me in. They were able to see me on the same day for consultation and the very next morning the tooth was out. All the staff were so kind, explained things really well and gave me lots of reassurance. They've got a new customer for good! Highly recommend
