Brilliant product and service from start to end. The HRV team went above and beyond and the HRV system has made a massive difference in our home.
This my second HRV system. Completely removes moisture and provides warmth free of charge. Just had it serviced. They called me and told me it was time, booked the appointment, and he turned up bang on time. Cleaned/replaced all the filters, found a fault which he fixed and tested the system. Clean, efficient and customer focused
I purchased the house with the HRV system and HRV have been great with contact and keeping me on call back to set up the maintenance. The service person, Jordan was excellent to deal with. Thanks
The man from HRV arrived at exactly 10am, in the middle of a storm. He was extremely professional, and managed to get into the roof from a difficult entrance. He explained the proper use of the HRV system to me, and replaced the filters, which were extremely dirty. The house has been very warm since the settings were corrected. HRV Hawke's Bay is a great business. We love our HRV ventilation system. It is very cheap to run. And no condensation anymore at all in our house. Every 2 years our filters are replaced, and they take care of it all, including when it needs to happen and making an appointment for it. Such a great service.
Very happy with the service, turned up on time. Since the filters were replaced and we upgraded to the latest control panel. The system is running brilliantly. Since serviced we do not have any condensation on the windows. The new control pantos so easy to use, should have upgraded ages ago.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product and the Customer Service with the Installation !! I had no issues with anything during this process from beginning to end !! I noticed a big difference that night after it had been installed. The air was a lot lighter with the moisture taken out by HRV . I also noticed a marked improvement on health issues. No more crying windows. Very dry ! It has been an excellent investment in Health and Property value ! Many thanks to the HRV Team !
