“A fantastic B&B with very friendly hosts, Maria & Tony! We spent 4 nights with them over Christmas 2024, and it was like staying at a friend's house! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic! We were even allowed to use the barbecue. We also had a breathtaking view of Hawkes Bay! Since it's located a bit outside of Napier, a car is a must. We 100% recommend this B&B!”

“Booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was brilliant. Amazing value, awesome view, lovely spa bath, washer/drier, tv upstairs and downstairs. Was a bit noisy in the evening if you opened the door but it settled down in time for bed and was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend, my only suggestion is adding a rubbish bin in the bathroom.”

“Napier Beach is without a question one of my favourite beaches in NZ. The dark grey sand/stone beach design and the fact that this place keeps getting more developed and utilised is actually great for the region. I visited recently, and had previously visited in 2016 and the changes were insane. Normally I would complain about tourism growth but I would much rather visit Napier than the Mount, as it fits my personality more. This is a beach and town that really requires a stay at a bach or hotel as there is plenty to see and explore along the coastline that I have not delved into yet.”
