Spoke to Jordan who made that happen .So helpful and friendly.Pick up at Te Rapa lovely girl knew what I was referring to and carried it to my car for me. Excellent product but customer service outstanding”

When I needed help, it was most definitely helpful and informative, the staff member looked up stock around NZ and eventually we narrowed my search to a boot in store closing the sale with my cool new boots. It had been a long day and with achy feet I called the store, I spoke to a very helpful young lady in the toy department, she checked that they had the item in stock and took one to the counter ready for me to just pop back in.
