One of the best customer service I’ve had in a retail outlet, friendly approachable staff, very accommodating with my shopping needs, care was spectacular, I must highlight the need the staff made to carry my things to take and prepare for a smooth transition in n the counter. Would recommend to other business on the high standards of practise.

Very bad experience with north beach te rapa. Came in last night and brought 2x gift cards $60 and $20 . They failed to load the $20 .I live an hour away which meant I had to make another trip back to sort it out. As they were a gift I had to purchase something else in the meantime. I said I didnt want the gift card anymore and want a refund which they denied.. big muck around and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Not good enough
I came in today and was totally lost I just couldn't make up my mind on what to get for my Grandson's birthday present but then the nicest sales assistant ever came over. James helped me so much that day. He had excellent customer service and was kind and courteous enough to wait while i was deciding what to buy while asking me about my grandson. We need more young men like him in today's society. They make the world a better place.

The customer service is like that of a grave yard. We happily took our money elsewhere after aprox 10mins of waiting to be served by the skatebords. And no one even approaching us. Appaled

I went into Northbeach The base and was looking around. I asked a shop assistant Terry for a size of junk food jeans. I felt her look me up and down and go and check the size. She came back and advised there was no bigger size. I then asked her if the Te Awa shop had a bigger size again she went off the check. She came back to me and advised the was none nation wide. This shop assistant did not ask if there were any other jeans I would like to try on, she never asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I looked around the shop and left. I went to backdoor at Chartwell. I got my junk food jeans in the size small and I brought three other tops as the shop assistant there was friendly and helpful. To that shop assistant at Northbeach. You may only saw me in white sneaker, black tights and a hoodie but my sneakers were $200, my hoodie was $300 and my black tights were $100. I had money to spend but you lost a sale and customer.
