Shame on the employees who work here, my grandma came in to purchase a gift for my Birthday which was a very expensive item. All fine until she gets home and finds out the product was broken and even had a piece missing. After returning to the store she was met with immediate refusal that it was bought broken and ended up getting aggressively shunned out of the store in tears. I managed to visit them the next day only to get the same reaction and even a swear word thrown in the mix. Extremely unprofessional and dodgy goods are sold here, will be taking this further. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I purchased a car battery on Saterday 13 May 2018 both the young female staff members were very knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. They were somewhat annoyed the battery was 5 months old and that the batteries had not been cycled correctly, I took it anyway. A most satisfactory purchase thank you. John
