Ruby is very helpful and accommodating. She has great fashion sense and is always willing to go the extra mile. For example, ordering in other styles or sizes from the brands she stocks. She has the ability to make you feel your best and have confidence in your purchase. The brands in store are clearly thoughtfully picked and are largely NZ and Australian which I appreciate. She has curated a store of on trend as well as timeless items which cater to various styles and can often be worn multiple ways.
