I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”

Proprieter remembers my history and context too so I feel safe and looked after when I go there. Main downside for me is that there always seems to be some othe tempting thing there for me to buy when I go in! Cutest little dog shaped wheat bags, knick knacks on sale - deadly to my wallet!”

“I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.”
