The level of care and expertise exhibited by Steph was remarkable. She's a true gem – her dedication to helping others shines brightly and makes a genuine difference in our community. I'm immensely grateful for people like her who provide such supportive and friendly service. Moreover, I'm struck by the sheer variety and availability of medicines and health products at Clark's Pharmacy. It's a boon to our community, reflecting how far we've come in making healthcare accessible. Not long ago, such a wealth of medical support was not as readily available, and for this progress, we should all be deeply thankful!”

Louise from Accounts managed the financial side with diplomacy and tact during a challenging time. This enabled me to have the needed surgery and retain my dignity while I worked through the financial cost. I have been coming to this practise for 20 years now and right from Dr Bradley looking after me during my pregnancy to now - you have been amazing. Thanks heaps.”

I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”

“As others have mentioned, this is the most welcoming and pleasant little chemist in town. Hard to express just how nice it is to be recognised and warmly greeted. Proprieter remembers my history and context too so I feel safe and looked after when I go there. Main downside for me is that there always seems to be some othe tempting thing there for me to buy when I go in! Cutest little dog shaped wheat bags, knick knacks on sale - deadly to my wallet!”

“I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.”
