   Best pharmacy by far in the whole of Hamilton! Careful with the parking situation, however there are disability parks right outside the pharmacy. Great staff who know their stuff!

   I actually thought the woman behind the counter mentioned my name and when I said I'm tyra her words were no sorry you're hearing things. Either she doesn't like my heritage or she doesn't like people with disabilities. Or she doesn't like her job. For someone who has FND and then be disrespected. My disability doesn't have a number. But it can cause Sensory overload where I become really dizzy and bad migraines where I need to rest. I was diagnosed in 202 1

   I came in looking to buy some dressings for my daughter's boils. Any time I shop I like to take my time comparing prices etc so I don't forget anything and saves me from doubling back. In the space of 10 minutes I was asked if I needed help by 3 different people, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I totally understand the 1st person asking me, and even the 2nd person... But the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I said "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time and then proceeds to hang around me and watch me while I shop. If I say "no, thank you" then it's a clear no. Please respect a customers space and help if requested.
