“Argo loves going to the team at Pet Doctors Hillcrest when he needs care - he is very mischievous and they understand the challenges this brings - chewing toys and furniture to destruction given any opportunity - a born chewer. He is treated superbly by the vets, nurses, and technicians. We trust that they have his care and good health at the fore when he's got appointments, or is in for observation.”

“Good motel that is reasonably priced. Didn't use the pool and spa but kids were enjoying it. It was also pet friendly which was nice to see. Friendly dogs about with some owners.”

“Possibly the cleanest and newest place I stayed in NZ. The room was huge, bathroom was spacious, kitchen set up was nice with fridge. Highly recommend the stay at this lodge! Only downside is bit far from CBD so about 30min walk into town.”

“Was my first time on a overnight hike. Went with the family and really enjoyed it. Took 3.5hrs to walk up from by krangahake gorge(ohinewai fal). Amazing views, river walks and many waterfalls to see. Even got to see glow worms at night. Didn't stay in hut as was fully booked but stayed in tents which made it more amazing.”

“We adore this place - they serve incredibly fresh fish (their nigiri platter is delicious!), freshest fish in Hamilton. Their food is always perfectly cooked and beautifully prepared. Beer is ice cold, sake is delicious and hot (if you like it that way) and their service is warm and personable. We can’t say enough about this place and the rad people that run it ❤️”
