   Absolutely appalling service such rude people turns out my dog had a stroke but since they closed in 10 minutes they didn't want to see her I've been going to this vets for years was good not a problem but new faces are absolutely rude. Had to drive all the way to hamilton with a dog in absolutely distress! Will certainly be changing vets and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere these people don't care about your pets !! I will be looking in to this at a further action

   Had to say goodbye to our best boy. Broke my soul. Raglan Anexa were really there for us. Supportive and caring. Anexa Ngaruawahia is our normal vet but our cat required an urgent appointment which sadly ended with an unexpected euthanasia :-(
