    Shocking and insensitive treatment A young family, devastated after finding their beloved Chihuahua had passed away, went to Cambridge Vets seeking cremation for their pet. Instead of compassion, they were met with abuse and refusal of service because their grand mother’s account was not up to date. The grieving family, including crying children, were forced to leave and drive to Te Awamutu. Absolutely unacceptable and heartbreaking way to treat people in such a vulnerable situation!!!!
