“We had a lovely night staying here ,with the window open all night listening to the waves crashing. Dinner down below was marvelous”
“Me and my partner decided to try this place as it opened relatively recently, and we were not disappointed! We ordered lots of starters, which are normally on the yum cha menu during lunch. The tripe and the fried squid were probably my favourites, but all of the dishes were really good! Even my partner who is normally hard to impress was really happy with all of the food. The place also has a really nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We’re definitely going back!”
“Great place for a cup of coffee or hot meals. Best scones l have ever eaten. Sandwiches is delicious and price is very reasonable. Very friendly and helpful staffs. No wonder there are so many regular customers. Must go.”
“Great coffee and scones(a bit on the expensive side for its size but delicious nonetheless) Seating outside with view of polytech, walkway has been rebuilt and seems more people friendly now. Would love to see more areas like this!”

“Very cosy and tasty boba! Best time to get after a long day of school/work with a friend”
“Beautiful view overlooking the port. The ambience inside is unique and can cater for larger crowds. Coffee was excellent, probably one of the best I've had in Dunedin. There must've been a shortage of Caramel slice with the tiny pieces available, however it not lack in taste. Should've been $3.50 at the most. My friend was disappointed that there was no cheese scone however, nonetheless he settled for a savoury scone which he said was great.”
“Superb little shop and the owner is very friendly, glad I stopped here.”
“Really good food, but very small portions for the price. Look, I don't mind paying a lot of money for good food, but giving an amazing bene with one piece of bread instead of two saves you $0.10 and takes away my full enjoyment of the meal. I would be posting a 5 star review if I just received two pieces of bread.”

“Amazing little place that can fit about 50 people or so. It is really better than what I expected. I try the mix grill and I really really enjoined it. The meat is so fresh and testy. The service was fast it took about 12 minutes for me to get my order which is normal for fresh grill . For desert I tried the baclava which really good. The only thing I really did not like as much is the hummus. The rest I really enjoyed it. The staff was amazing and very friendly with great smile . Wish them the best I will definitely will stop my again whenever I am in town.”
