   Willowbank dairy is in a good location for north Dunedin. It's a convenience store so has a lot of snacks and some items that could be bought at a convenience, as well as some hot food. I tried their chips, chicken and burger. Chicken and chips ware visibly overcooked and tasted as such. The shop clerk asked if I wanted chicken salt on it to which I said yes please, she then put all the chips in the packet and put all the seasoning on the top which resulted in the top few chips having a 5mm layer of salt on them and the rest of the chips underneath being under seasoned. Burger was large and quite filling. Ordered the bacon chicken burger, had no BBQ sauce despite it saying it on the menu. Was nice considering, but could be nicer. The store shuts too early and would benefit being open far longer.

   My daughters had a terrible experience. They were overcharged for the items they bought, and they were waiting in the line for FIFTEEN minutes while the woman behind the counter waited (not serving anyone else) for a customer's chips to be cooked. She wiped her nose on her hand before picking up our items. She couldn't have cared less. I'm disappointed because I'm a long-term customer. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

   The students favorite dairy. Food available after a hard night out for the youngsters and we can smell the fried chicken outside specially on Fridays. This shop has been here forever according to our neighbours who has been living in the area for 25 years.
