“I cannot believe some of the posts that have been posted about Avonhead Pharmacy. My family have used the pharmacy continually for 31 years and cannot fault Alf, Eliza and their team. We use the services of the pharmacy on a weekly basis. The staff are all friendly, efficient and obliging. The script is processed quickly and accurately. There is a lot of variety in other products sold and a significant number of these are not available in the immediate area. Services such as vaccinations and passport photos are also useful to have in our local area. I would recommend Avonhead Pharmacy to anyone.”

“My family and I drove here from out of town after a horrendous experience with a terrible, arrogant pharmacist and we are so glad we came here! Not only are the products affordable but the pharmacist who helped us was so lovely and helpful (unlike the one that was so arrogant in the town some 180km away). The pharmacist was so patient and spent so much time helping us even though she seemed quite busy, I think she was the manager but she took us to look at multiple options and explained them all so we could pick the right product Also feeling so so sorry for what they have to deal with. While we were there some horrible man was yelling at the staff blaming them for something that sounded very much like the guys own fault. And based on the reviews too. Some people really just dont understand how things work. Of course ID's have to be physical, anyone can present a digital/photo of one...thought this was common sense. Another one...it can't really be their fault if they havent got your prescription, it's your own responsibility to follow that up, how rude to expect them to do it for you. Also most companies who hire guards/bouncers source them through other companies so how is it the pharmacy's fault who they get as a guard? Shouldn't complain via a review about a guard but to the company the guard works for probably Honestly many of the people complaining about being treated like they're dumb do sound dumb... Give this pharmacy's staff a raise especially with all the idiots they seem to have to deal with yet they still provide great service. We will definitely be back and will recommend them to others”
