I've been here a number of times and noticed bullying behavior towards staff and customers from a young male employee. I hope this gets resolved because it is a good pharmacy otherwise.
My all time favourite pharmacy in which i choose over any other, halswell stantons pharmacy the absolute best staff they're all so lovely, warm and inviting. You will never be stood waiting for very long before someone's greeting you, and finding out what you need! I definitely have my favourites here, but all the staff here are awesome! Plenty of products neatly placed around the store, easy access in and out for wheelchair needs, I get a pram in and out with ease atleast once a week! Surrounded by other handy stores, such as the bakery, post shop, and the new world!
While the staff are very friendly, their process for prescriptions is ridiculous. Everytime I've gone there my prescription isn't ready, no matter the situation. This morning I rang up to see if my prescription from a while ago was ready, and they confirmed yes and I can pick up in half an hour. A few hours later I came to pick it up, they said it wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours, and instead recommended buying the over the counter version.. Wouldn't recommend getting your prescriptions sent here.
In a handy location within the supermarket complex and plenty of parking. The staff are the absolute best, so friendly and always happy to help. Free smiles too.
Friendly, helpful, caring and professional staff. Always find a solution, follow-up any queries and a great selection of retail items. Best to ring and ask script to be made up and get an ETA for pick-up.
Stanton’s is my local pharmacy. In all the years I have been living in Halswell they have been helpful and pleasant to deal with. The staff are knowledgeable and their service they offer in delivering my medication at times is so appreciated.
