   Just called to speak to someone about whether Unichem Ilam offered the basic glucose test for those suspecting pre-diabetes. Johnathan answered my call and was very informative around saying what it is that they offer and then even shared his knowledge about what is involved in the process of getting a proper diabetes check done, which was very in-depth knowledge, I must say. Thank you again very much for your help today Johnathan.

   Charged me a $9.99 fee for my child who is only 2years old for her prescription. Absolutely disgusting! This should be free! For the past two years I’ve been getting this direct from Nutricia and will go back to this. Having a monopoly on the market in ChCh makes me sick to then make money off our kids misfortune. BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

   Nice service. Staff are lovely. I have to pick up my sons prescription formula which a large drive from Lincoln. Would be so much better if they allowed other chemists in chch and or Lincoln to supple prescription formula

   There is something suspicious about this being the ONLY pharmacy to hold special formula for babies…And they don’t offer delivery. Very unfair.

   One of the woman who served me over the phone is very unfriendly and ruthless. It is anzac day tomorrow and they are closed. I said if they can drop it at urgent parmaCy next day that would be great to pick up. We are so flooded with family visit and emergency situation. I reck on she should be reviewed and step down. Not happy. What a bad customwe service
