I’m very happy with my experience today and had to write a review to highlight the amazing customer service of Nadia, who helped me. I had already been to chemist warehouse south city and they didn’t have the insoles I needed. Thankfully I came to papanui chemist ware house because even though the insoles weren’t on the shelf Nadia went above and beyond to check out the back and get them for me. She was very friendly and went the extra mile which not a lot of people do these days. I will definitely be back.
The most unhelpful chemist I've ever come across. Have been having sinus issues since having a bad head cold a few weeks back. I asked if they had anything to help me through until my doctors appointment in a week, advised them I have tried sinus rinse, nose sprays and antiinflammatories to no avail. Their response? No we have nothing. I went to another pharmacy down the road and got excellent service. I can only deduce that they assumed I was a drug chaser as I can't think of any other reason why they would be so unwilling to help. I was in my work uniform, was visibly clean and tidy, articulate and polite so to be dismissed so quickly was unconscionable. I will actively avoid and bad mouth this pharmacy to anyone I meet. To the team at this pharmacy, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I only hope none of your loved ones get such poor treatment when they are suffering a long lasting ailment.
Any time I've visited here the staff have always been really helpful for me when I've got questions or help finding an item I couldn't find. The girls at the counter have always greeted me with smiles and have been really friendly too which was awesome. Has become my local chemist warehouse I visit on the regular. Plenty of parking also which was super awesome. The only issues I had was with how small the aisles are if they are stocking things it can be a bit cramped up but other than that I've always had a positive experience
I like this place for the vast range of items but that can make it difficult to find things. There seems to be plenty of staff walking round the shop but they appear not to be interested in helping unless you can manage to make eye contact and stop one as they race past. It really is a time saver one stop shop and the reminder txt when a repeat is due on a prescription is great. Always a close car park outside with wheelchair spaces at the door.

Two Brickbats and one Bouquet... 1/ canvas signs outside the building were blowing and flapping around in the wind. I was concerned about this causing harm too someone walking past so I mentioned it to staff in store who gave the impression they really didn't care. 2/ many isles were cluttered with cartons making it difficult to get round the store and reach the shelves. 3/ I spoke with 2 pharmacy staff and BOTH were really helpful. THANKS.
It was a very large building, plenty on offer, I had ordered online the day before for click and collect. I waited around for notification for it to be ready as it was a replacement cane that was needed, so it was nothing too hard to prepare for pick up. I went in at 11.30 to collect, but I hadn't been notified it was ready, and I was glad the staff were happy to sort it there and then with no hassles and was able to leave with my replacement travel cane. The product itself is great. I was pleasantly surprised it's very durable and can be folded when I don't use it and the price is much better than other places. I'll deffinatly shop there again if I find any products I need available there.
Floor team were very helpful but found a large language gap as most of the team English is not their first but besides that awesome service would be five stars of the pharmacy techs were more helpful and willing to explain options
