You feel like they actualy care about your loved furchild, not money, like most businesses now days. Definitely recommend the team, even if you're outside the area, I drove past two vets to get to them each visit for their great service.”

“Great spot, further out of town so cats are in a quiet farm setting. The owner really cares for all of them which means your cat isn't just a number. Each set of rooms has an enclosed outdoor space and they get to run around in it daily when it's their chance, rather than just having a small cage they stay in for the whole stay. The rooms and outdoor areas also look out onto the fields of sheep/pigs etc... so there is stimulation vs watching the side of a road or the opposite building.”

Had a bit of a walk from the bus stop near Foremans Rd to Dawes itself, and would have had to get a taxi from Dawes back to our place in Beckenham. “There care our beloved cat received was outstanding. The vet was amazing our cat was really scared and so was I. She explained everything really clearly and was so compassionate and caring that our cat calmed down and I think fell a little in love, she was purring instead of hissing. We possibly have a long road to get our wee girl back to good health but I have every faith in our vet Thank you”

“My dog, Charlie, is my life. A few weeks ago he became very unwell and needed to have emergency surgery after swallowing a piece of bark that lodged in his small intestines. “Took a friend here yesterday with Kayla the pup. Prior to going had emailed for information on immunisations. Prompt friendly response from staff. Phoned to book and staff friendly and happy to help. Great staff and very reasonably priced. Visit calm and friendly wait, vet gentle with pup, picked up heart murmur explained it well. Good checkup, information on behaviour management. Suggested puppy schools and trainer. When to worm etc. Loved the backpack/front pack idea for walking around Mitre10 and getting her used to all sorts of people and noises. Great reminders about not putting pup on the ground where unvaccinated dogs Iggy have been, due to high rates of parvovirus in Chch at moment. I’m going back here to get our girl backup to date health wise. Thankyou”

My boy's foot pad was split open after a mountain adventure, it's the 3rd time he has had this type of injury, but the first time we have been told it isnt a food allergy!
