My husband & I absolutely love Cashmere Vets, they always take such incredible care of our cats Yuumi & Momo!! Very thankful and especially great when there is urgency, very kind and considerate during every visit.
Our dog Nox was shown such care, he's 15y and scared of being at the vet, but the vet came down to his level and we both sat on the floor while she was able to look at him while he paced around the room.
Great experience. Helpful and very friendly staff. A great help in an urgent situation. Vet was calming and explained everything and guide us very well. Can definitely recommend.
Our little fur baby Poppy was really poorly and the vet was so kind, caring and gentle with her. She examined and explained in great detail what was wrong and what her medications would do to help her, also what she should eat while she's recovering. We have been with Cashmere Vets since she was born (5 yrs ago) and when they moved we still kept them as Poppy's vet. Even though we have to travel quite a distance, it is so worth it, to make sure she gets the best care possible. The staff are amazing, we really appreciate all of them and I'm sure Poppy does too.
We recently moved to Christchurch and didn't know where to start with finding a vet for our new pup. We decided to try cashmere vets as they offer Best for Pet and we're so glad we did! The staff and vets are incredible and our boy always leaves happy (even after puppy jabs!). I'd highly recommend cashmere vets to anyone looking for exceptional care and incredible service.
Great vet, they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and show great compassion for our pets. Our dog deteriorated within hours, and I rung the Vet clinic, and they just said to come down, and they would slot us in asap, which they did. Couldn't be more thankful of the crew at Cashmere Vets.
This initially started as my parents' vet for the family dog, and when me and my sister and I got cats, we also decided to go here. Unfortunately, we had to put our dog down due to him being sick. They were extremely caring the whole time and never rushed us. They took a keepsake of his paw print and sent it to us, which was a really nice heartwarming surprise. They made the difficult situation as easy as it could be. You really feel like they truly care about your animal here
Great team here. Everyone from the team at the front to the team working out back are very friendly and kind. They look after our pupper and kitty very well. Have been able to get same-day appointments for emergencies a couple of times too. Recommend.
Was our first visit. Transferred from another Veterinary Clinic. Free parking onsite. Makes it safer to walk doggo in. The staff greeted us with a big hello and smiles. Helpful and informative. Good amount of seating. There seemed to be alot of products available to purchase in store. I saw the vet with my doggo. Thorough palpation of my dogs limbs. I did feel a little less empathy and emotion than I would usually like. Not alot of conversation with me. I was prescribed a medication for my dog but the prescription was not available until the next day. I have never had to wait for a prescription from any medical profession. I belong to the best for pet scheme. There are advantages and benefits for this scheme. It is a good scheme for owners of pets on a budget. Only a few Veterinary Clinics are available under this scheme. I have spoken to family and friends who also visit this practice. Seems like a busy place. See you next time.
Fantastic. We are dog in 15 min after being hit by a car an they were amazing . She will be fine going back tomorrow for x-rays. Thank you to all the staff
