Took my shy dog into store to buy some treats. The staff were very friendly to him and he quickly came out of his shell. Really appreciate them taking the time to make him feel welcome. Store had well stocked shelves!! Lots of treats and toys to choose from!
Went to get a muzzle fitted and received excellent service from Amber. Knowledgeable and friendly staff here. Would recommend.

I would like to thank the staff for being so patient with me today. I came in today in search of a fur baby and was so lucky to find that you had two kittens in store. The staff were kind enough to let me spend a long time in the cat enclosure while I made the tough decision of which kitty to take home. I am pleased to say that kitten Burt has found his forever home and is settling in perfectly ❤
Great place to get all of your pets or pets needs. Carpark has a load of carparks right outside. Easy to see signage. Entering the store - friendly staff willing to help out with any questions. Various food types, pet cleaning and grooming facilities, toys and just general good information and so much more. Being a club member comes with great perks as well.
Great place for your pet supplies. Staff very friendly. Our dog loves to have a shower here. She feels very safe . For $10? It's worth it. Towel, apron, shampoo and conditioner followed by a blow wave. We don't use the blow wave, she doesn't like the noise.
