    We attended this vet under very unfortunate circumstances whereby our cat become acutely unwell and passed away. RIP Puck. Vets, Elora and Holly, were outstanding in helping us to manage the situation. Their expertise and the sensitivity shown throughout was beyond comparison and this has helped enormously in lessening our grief afterwards. I can't thank them enough. Absolutely worth every penny!

They’ve always been super supportive, the communication we’ve received from our vet Chelsea is awesome and our animals love her - so much so that when we moved across town we decided to still go to At the Vets, even if it means a bit more forward planning and a drive across town.

    Capable, but bloody expensive. Spent over $212 for a 20 min consult - had a filavac, no meds, and a quick check on 3 buns. We get this done regularly, never really appreciate the overcharges. In the booking system, they allocate 15 mins for each consult, which costs around $69. Therefore, a 20 min consult with no meds, plus filavac should be around $92+ $69. Having said that, the vaccination time should be included in the filavac charge. Anything beyond $170 is a ripe off.
