This store does well for small store , with helpful staff willing to help with your enquiry. We went to bird sale, which was so busy at the beginning of the day. It was handled calmly and everyone’s order was processed proficiently.
The only place we ever go for pet supplies. Our dogs love the biscuits beside the counter! I'm sure yours will too :)
Called in looking for options for a quality dog food to replace the American product I had been using. They couldn't have been more helpful and even gave me a sample to see if our dog enjoys it. She did, and we moved to the new food with helpful advice on the transition.
Have been visiting for many years over many renditions and y’all have never been anything but fantastic. The store is well organised and offers a great selection of pet supplies and quality feed for a variety of animals. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer helpful advice or just chat about their gorgeous animals. Whether you’re shopping for a pet or livestock, this local gem has pretty much everything you need at the lowest found prices. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful business!

My husband phoned with a raw food issue from your supplier, (nothing you had any control over and nothing we have ever had an issue with prior) and you guys have gone above and beyond to sort and replace this for us. We have been buying all our stock and pet feed from you for a very long time and will continue to do so. Really appreciate the knowledge, understanding and friendly service. Lovely staff. Went to pick up some stock food for a friend. They loaded the bags into my Ute for me.
We love coming here. Would be great for kids. We go to get our chicken feed BUT they have great pet food too...our cat loves the one we get here. A very happy place to visit.
Sadly, the current staff at the store leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and unhelpful, with most of them appearing to be injured in some way, and unable to help with getting the supplies into your vehicle. When asked for help, one particular woman was extremely rude and virtually threw the supplies into my car. Bruce is one of the current workers there, but unfortunately, he is leaving the store soon due to the very negative atmosphere that has been created by some of the other employees. After my latest experience today, I won't be doing business here any longer and will be giving some other establishment my hard earned cash.
I visit frequently for my wild bird seed and almost always walk out with more than that. We no longer have our cat or our dogs but I still look at the shelves and might have bought things for other peoples cats and dogs (I definitely have). Friendly and helpful staff.
Rude female staff member seems to still be an issue, I also wanted to support local but will happily go out of my way to not have to deal with someone so rude and seriously lacking in people skills. Word of mouth can be a very powerful thing for a small business.
