   Our Hunter had an unexpected surgery after coming in with a sore tum. All the staff were so kind and compassionate, including all the veterinarians, vet nurses and front desk staff. Our wee boy has made a full recovery and we are grateful for the on-going care and regular check ins.

   My daughter went with my dog for vaccination. I was clear yesterday when I booked the appointment that I just signed up for best for pet membership which clearly states that there are no waiting period. I told the lady my daughter will be taking my dog and she assured me she will call me if there's any problem. You should've confirmed with my daughter that the membership hasn't gone through on your end and that we have to pay before you do any service. Your receptionist Brittney didn't even seem to care and that she wouldn't do anything to help at all. I paid but the unwillingness to help is very disappointing. will never go back there.

   Awesome staff that really take care of your fluffy Love Child. I've been to a few vets and hence why I turned to the Harewood Road veterinarian because they were well and truly look after your animals with the young staff that treats your pets just like they would treat their own. All of you ladies are awesome, loving and caring towards our animals.
