“Spacious, Centrally Located Suites with Excellent Staff – A Pleasant Stay. We stayed at Swiss-Belsuites Auckland in the Swiss Super Suite (2-bedroom), and overall it was a very good experience. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were very clean. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Auckland, with cafes, restaurants, and key attractions nearby. The atmosphere of the property was welcoming and relaxed, which added to the comfort of our stay. One drawback was the heating setup — there was only one fixed heater in the living room, and no heaters in the bedrooms. However, upon request, the staff quickly provided two portable heaters, which helped. We also noticed a stain on one of the bedsheets, which could be improved. A big highlight of the stay was the exceptional front desk staff — each and every one of them was warm, helpful, and professional, which really stood out. Overall, a comfortable and centrally located stay with great service. Would definitely recommend.”

“We have used Mt Richmond hotel multiple times over the years. Never had any issues or anything that can't be fixed. Staff always are friendly and willing to help. Food at the restaurant is constantly good and tastes yummy. The chiefs always pop out to check how the meals going. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus there's a pool and hot tub.”

“This is truely an amazing place. Once we arrived we felt right at home as the place was lovely, clean beautifully designed and the views are outstanding I don’t think those views can be beaten anywhere in the world. Sue and Gus were fabulous hosts. We were even able to hire Gus to take us around the island in his Cadillac. What an experience that was. This is my second visit and I am ready to book again as you really cannot unwind and relax like you can at Nikau Apt. We were a group of kiwis, Aussies and Americans so managed to rent out both the 1 & 2 bedroom places. I recommend this as the place to be, and cannot wait to come back.”

“We have stayed in this amazing homely beach house a couple of times now, it is beautiful inside and out, all the home comforts for summer or winter getaways, close to all the amenities, the beach is just perfect and close to enjoy walking and taking in the environment, The place is immaculate although we are only a couple perfect for family as this place caters well for the family. Little touches like muffins on arrival these little things go a long way. Will always be back. If I could have given more stars I would Thank you making our time so special”

The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was very comfortable, with all the amenities for a long-term stay including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and mini dishwasher. “Stayed at a beautiful house on Mangatawhiri Road, Omaha managed by Omaha Holiday Homes. Place was amazing. Beautiful outdoor living and huge kitchen. The house was clean and well maintained. Jason kept us up to date with information even gave us a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a special event with family or friends. Will he using them again in Novemeber, can't wait.”

“Onetangi is a great place - so is the sands to visit - the beach is about 2 km long and it is at the far end of the island from when the ferry is dropped off so there aren’t that many tourists that are on the beach. There are plenty of places to eat and drink when you reach Onetangi”

“Everything went smoothly with contactless check-in. Chalet was really well-equipped with everything for cooking. Even had an iron. Beach is so close by, I could just leave the keys in the lockbox and wander down for a quick swim. Definitely recommended.”

“In my dealings with Catalise I find they are: prompt, thorough, highly professional and go the extra mile. Eight months into Catalise management one property had a major sewer blockage and black water overflow indoors. Yuk! Sandie moved fast to coordinate between the insurance company, Chemdry, three different assessors and several different tradespeople. I did very little and was elsewhere in New Zealand at the time. “I have never stayed in a self-catering 3-star hotel as beautiful and tranquil as this one. The house layout is perfect for more than one family, with bedrooms downstairs and a large open kitchen/entertaining area upstairs. We were lucky to have amazing weather most evenings, which allowed us to enjoy dinner outside. The venue has outdoor seating and a large dining table. The venue's biggest selling point is its stunning view of Enclosure Bay, which changes dramatically with the tides. At low tide, it was a great experience for the kids to explore the rock pools, while at high tide, it provided a protected bay to swim in. I recommend wearing water shoes, as there are many rocks. Overall, this is a fantastic venue with many nearby attractions on the island to keep you busy, such as Stony Batter, Man O' War, and various Art Trails.”

“Beautiful scenic farm with wide, clear view of the sunset across green fields. No loud roosters either! 2 boys of 7 and 9 loved it and did not want to leave. They fed and pettec the pigs, chickens, ponies and alpacas each morning. The 2 pigs were a big hit. 1 was as friendly as a dog. They also loved the trampoline.”
