Overall Good stay, stayed for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised upon arrival, rooms were not excessively small and containing necessary amenities. One curtain would jam and occasionally risk falling, window had to remain marginally open to let air conditioning work although not a problem. Although a person who I was staying with did infact get MEGAKNIGHTED by Bob the cockroach one night but only one . Overall good stay and location had things near plus westfield mall, only issue was our timing and had to spend 7-9 hours either waiting for the allowed time to be let into room or waiting until our late flight. Would recommend for the money but If you have more money would recommend that instead. Good value for money 4 stars.

I recently stayed at this property and had a less-than-ideal experience. Upon arrival, the front reception staff directed us to three different parking spaces before we finally found one that was available. The apartment did not match the pictures advertised online. Additionally, there was a leak coming from the roof, and although I reported it, I did not receive any updates after staff said they would send someone to address the issue. The leak was located near a light bulb, which was concerning. I also needed assistance with the dryer, two different staff members came to help and neither knew how to operate it. To top it all off our booking was with a view, but instead, we looked out onto the train station and a nappy bag outside our window. Overall, I would not recommend.

Rooms are in need of some fresh paint, & general repairs, but comfortable for a short stay. Good service. Location is beside a busy arterial route & the bus exchange, so quite noisy. Good off-street parking available for a small charge.

Pretty average really. Similar experience to most other reviewers. By the time you pay the carpark fee, there are better out there for the same money. My room was pretty tired looking. Minor damage around the room. Some of the lights didn’t work. Had to connect the tv up to get it going. The couch had stains and holes. The windows don’t seal properly and in wind gusts whistle quite loudly. Reception people could benefit from a basics in customer service course. Location is definitely convenient though.

I suppose you get what you pay for, the price was cheap and we were only staying for 2 nights before heading back to Australia. We’d had a busy few days of travelling and this place was convenient enough, and you can’t argue that the location to public transport is practically at the front entrance. We were able to safely store our luggage there first, as we needed to return our rental van. When we went up to our room we waited for a bit as someone had thrown up in one of the elevators. Entering the room we already could feel the cold, the windows didn’t close tightly so there was lots of cold air coming in. The portable air conditioner wasn’t working and the hose was resting against the wall. There were little heaters in each bedroom wardrobe which helped a little. The glass sliding doors for each bedroom were unexpected and one couldn’t close properly. The beds were reasonably comfortable and there was sufficient bedding and towels available. We had the 4 bedroom apartment which has 2 reasonably sized bathrooms. There was a selection of complimentary toiletries such as soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. At first I thought there was only 3 cups and 2 plates, but there are more in the cupboard above the stove. They provided some essentials such as dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The fridge was cleanish but looked like someone had beat it and the rubbish bin up. It seems strange to only have one 3 seater lounge in a 4 bedroom apartment. One bedroom had a window with a view straight into an office. There were actually people working there when we arrived, so we had to keep the curtain closed. The dining chairs are uncomfortable and resemble a 70’s style house. As the area is quite busy, there was a lot of external noise and on 2 separate occasions people were fighting outside. The place definitely doesn’t match the online photos. We didn’t have any issues with the staff at reception. As I mentioned earlier the location is the main asset of this building. There’s a Westfield shopping centre which is literally 5 minutes walk away. It’s also not far from the airport, plus there’s a bus directly across from the building that goes to the airport. Room service arrived at a reasonable time in the morning, although we didn’t need anything done. Oh there’s a washer/dryer which worked fine. Yes there was signs of staining, and wear and tear. I feel that it could be such an amazing place if someone had the funds to repair and renovate the place.

Rooms are clean unless you look behind doors, and don't mind stained carpets. There is no Sky or streaming service and very small TV's. Close to buses, trains, taxis, Rainbows End and the Manukau Westfield but limited places to eat or drink.

Apartment was really nice and location was nice being surrounded by all the shops. I love the room I was in the the amazing view of manukau. however I need to mention the many cockroaches I had to kill during my 4 day stay at the apartment. It was not just one, there were multiple small/medium sized cockroaches in the apartment which only came out at night. Although the apartment was nice and homey, I did not appreciate the infestation.

Highly disappointed in this place dont tane your family here there were cops in and out of the building all the time. I think the lower floors are emergency housing some people had no respect for other guest yelling and swearing even at children. Rooms were not very tidy beds are hard and uncomfortable, windows need to be resealed as we had to try sleep through the whistling of the wind. Allocated car parks only to come back and find someone parked in our car park took along time for someone from reception to come and show us a new park which was quite a distance from where we were originally parked. You have to pay a $100 bond when i went to get it refunded was asked to write diwn my card number automatically i refused and wouldnt leave until they gave me my refund. I would never go back here to stay or take my kids here

Save yourself the disappointment of staying here! Facilities were extremely poor, alongside the rooms' service and overall cleanliness and ambience. The carpet was torn up, much like the couch, and the room smelt off, windows had to be opened immediately. When trying to watch television, I was greeted with a kind message on the screen that read, "no signal," which is rather misleading considering their information about the room said it had Sky. After only lightly touching the bedside drawer, the whole thing basically fell apart, the underside - caked in dust, it was obvious this room hadn't been serviced in some time. Though I can't tell you that there was any, I wouldn't be suprised if bed bugs were scampering beneath the sheets, I didn't want to risk finding out. The people who I was travelling with agreed after this short yet horrifying five minutes that we couldn't stay here. The elevator experience was something else: dinged up walls, smashed glass, and again, a putrid stench. There were police officers on the ground floor investigating some sort of domestic disturbance that occurred in the building, going to the front desk to get a refund, I scoured the so called 'office' or as I saw it 'the huge, empty, uninviting room with uncertain lights, with a guy sitting in the middle of it with a tiny desk." Outside on the ground floor were people smoking just outside of the lobby, and while every hotel has smokers, coupled with the rest of the experience, it just excacerbated my longing to get the hell out of that place. In sum, the place was eerie, unclean, and simply not worth staying at just for the cheap price, it lead to checking in at some other place much later at 10pm, and though it costed more, it was much nicer and worth not staying in a simply icky place. This shouldn't be the first option, it should be the last resort.

Very deceiving when looking at the photos online, staff are helpful, location is great!! However.. we stayed in Room 905 (cockroach infested) and got the shock of my life, as we entered the 9th Level it smelled musty as it’s a very old building but the cleanliness of the place is really low standard anyway. Almost being a health risk if you wish to stay there any longer than a few nights. Staff weren’t surprised when requesting a refund and informing them of how many cockroaches we had found. They never even asked to see the videos/photos we had taken for proof. And just to top it off I got bitten by a bed bug, I do not recommend staying here!!!
