Stayed at kitty's gem. Was lovely, comfy and had everything we needed. One recommendation I would make is putting some fans in the room as it was very humid and was hard to sleep without any cooling, and this was in April so can't imagine what it would be like in mid summer.
A million stars for Jason and his team! I booked both my Hen’s party and wedding stay at one of their large luxury houses, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed our experience. We were thoroughly looked after and Jason himself is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. The process of coordinating dates and payments was seamless, straightforward, and secure. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had to date :)
Stayed at a beautiful house on Mangatawhiri Road, Omaha managed by Omaha Holiday Homes. Place was amazing. Beautiful outdoor living and huge kitchen. The house was clean and well maintained. Jason kept us up to date with information even gave us a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a special event with family or friends. Will he using them again in Novemeber, can't wait.
We had a lovely experience spending our long weekend at Omaha - this has been our 3rd booking through Omaha Holiday Houses. Jason - the owner of omaha holiday houses - was a treasure trove of knowledge about the local and surrounding area; with great suggestions for activities that suited all members of our family. Highly recommend the area and Jason's team to organize your stay. Houses we have stayed at have all been very well presented and appointed. Great relaxing way of escaping the city for a few days! Highly recommended! We were very pleased with the Omaha Holiday House for the weekend – the house was clean and tidy, and we were provided with plenty of bedding, linen, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc. The whole experience from online booking to check-out was made smooth and hassle free by the friendly & always available property manager, Jason. We will definitely be back and will be recommending ‘Omaha Holiday Houses’ to friends and family.
Would NOT use this company again! There is no website you can log into or view more property information. Therefore you can't book online and there are no reviews for each property. You can't see further information about any of the properties either, you just have to email the manager. The bach was lovely (15 Kitty Frazer Lane, Omaha), however was clear that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and crockery but very little of anything else. Over Christmas especially when you are making salads and barbeques, some serving utensils would have been handy. There is also NOTHING in the way of basics like tea, coffee or sugar. The cupboards are just bare. The worst is that the manager is on a crusade to stop people making rubbish, so will only provide one small kitchen bin liner. That is it. If you want more you have to buy your own. To imagine that a family of 5 would only have one small bin of rubbish over Christmas is ridiculous. When you want to book you get sent a xero invoice that gets paid to a private account. There is no receipt and no way of log in in to anywhere to review payments left. Until we actually arrived at the property I was worried the whole thing was a scam. DEFINITELY not a user friendly experience.
Booked a house through bookabach that was managed by Omaha Holiday Homes that was misrepresented, was dirty and definitely not the luxury bach it was listed as. The property manager Nicola wouldn't answer her phone during the weekend even though the website states 24 hour concierge and would not meet us at the house when we wanted to show her the state of the place. Very bad customer service.
