   What a great way to experience New Zealand! We rented an Apollo Mercedes Van camper and nomadically drove around the North Island. Holiday Park camping is the way to go! You get to see the countryside and don't have to worry about packing everything up. The staff here at the rental agency were amazing. We ended up with a chip in the windscreen from a large truck, and the contact staff were so helpful. We definitely recommend renting a camper and experiencing NZ your own way!

   I had an amazing first-time campervan experience with the Apollo EuroTourer! Everything was super easy - from the pickup to driving and using the van. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the Northland - even during Wintertime. A truly great way to travel solo.    If Murray is the absolute standard for the workforce here, then you have the absolute best team there is! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Just an absolute top worker who never missed anything and all the details were said. Went through everything and will be driving away with the peace of mind that they wont do dodgy by me. Probably the best ambience in terms of facility too compared to the other ive been on. Lastly, that man needs a raise!! Outstanding!!

   Got an Apollo for our 2 weeks roadtrip in New Zealand. The van was clean, reliable, and had everything we needed to feel at home on the road. Special shoutout to ALVARO – he went above and beyond to help us out, made the pickup process smooth, and gave us tips that made our trip even better.    Overall: stress was not worth going for cheapest option. Tour of van during pick up was bad, we had to ask for information and gas was not full. Discovered two preexisting cracks which were not pointed out, caused unnecessary stress for us during trip and especially during drop off. Employees during drop off were very suspicious and tried repeatedly to imply that we caused cracks. Overall stressful experience which was completely avoidable. Van itself was clean and had good ammenities, but rego was due to expire on day of drop off and oil change was overdue. Despite this itworked well throughout. Contract is extreme and made us not want to report anything with the van for fear of it being blamed on us.

   We found the staff at Apollo to be super friendly and helpful, smooth pick up and drop off. It would be great if they could start doing the shuttle to the airport again, but understandable why it's not running at the moment. Thank you for setting us up with a lovely campervan holiday around the South Island!

   Very happy with my experience with Apollo. Thanks Wenke. Definitely a good option for purchase of ex-rentals. The vehicle looked almost new. They replaced any broken or worn out parts and handed it over with fuel, gas and all the certifications up-to-date and a year's warranty. Great during and after sales service.

   After reading recent reviews I am beginning to wonder if we are talking about the same company! Our experience was excellent. Pick up procedure was streamlined -we registered on line which made the process super easy.The vehicle was immaculate and everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly and efficient. Suggest you download the Apollo app- it provides heaps of helpful suggestions.
