I have a very serious avocado allergy and the staff was so careful, they put on new gloves took out all clean unused equipment to prepare and roll my sushi and they even cut it by hand so as not to get any avocado traces in my sushi. The staff is so friendly and helpful, can't wait to stop in again and get another salmon roll!”
