   After a couple of hours I felt serious symptoms: burping with strong fish flavor, heartburn, general feeling of ill health. These are signs of a stale product. I have had a few situations like this and they were saying they're sorry and will do better, nothing has changed. This is unacceptable for a chain establishment. I ask everyone to be careful, the quality here is clearly in question.

   Very disappointing experience. Halfway through eating my sushi, I found a hair inside. When I went back to the store, the manager showed no apology at all – just asked, “Do you want another one?” and tossed the sushi straight into the bin without even checking. Absolutely ridiculous service and lack of accountability. I expected much better standards of hygiene and customer care.

   They were hiding sushi with bad avocado under the good avocado. Took a bite just to make sure it wasn’t oxidation and almost threw up cause it tasted like rotting avocado. Had to throw away 5 pieces, extreme waste of $12.

   Fast service and many different options to choose from. The place is very clean, tidy and has good ambience. The biggest issue was the ratio of rice to filling in the sushi rolls as it seemed like there was an overwhelming amount of rice packed into each roll, overshadowing the delicate flavours of the fillings. The rice was also excessively sticky compared to other branches. The salmon looked a bit odd as it was extremely white in colour compared to some other sushi packets.

   Sushi is nice, the service is as good as the sushi. The reason is maybe they are too busy. But still worth to try.

   Disappointed with their services My husband went to purchase the salmon and aco today being Tuesday for the discount and he was charged full price He didn't realize and when he got home I told him that they charged full price, so do I trust the staff In reply to your reply, you have asked me to email you guys but have not responded yet. So when u ask for a customer to email you guys to sort the matter out is that just for the public eye?

   Bad experience. I just been there 15mins ago, first, everyone talking their own language in the store, feels like I am in the “bird” store. I asked one piece of glove due on my child going to extra class after, doesn’t have chance to wash his hand. The one staff there who asked me reason, then told me that I should bringing sanitizer. Ok, I known st pierre’s very good at hygiene before, so might know washing hand and sanitizer are different.

   Limited range left, but staff offered to make me anything off the menu for no extra charge! It was pretty busy and I felt bad for them, working pretty hard through the lunch rush. Settled for what was left and it was delicous and fresh!
