“The best bread rolls ever with your choice of beef chicken or pork. The bread is so crispy and fresh with the coleslaw under the topping it’s perfect combo, then you can choose to put gravy on top… I’ve found heaven… the staff are awesome thank you”
“Good range and very good pricing.”
“My first choice for shopping fruits and vegetables. Some fruits are not the freshest but okay if consumed within a couple of weeks. They used to have a very rude and dumb butcher a couple of years ago when I didn't want shop meat there, but now all are nice and friendly. Generally a nice place for produce and Asian foods.”
“So happy they opened again! So many good food products. I was surprised they have lots of Filipino stuff too. Just 3 or 5 minutes walking distance from my work place. Very clean and employees are nice and friendly in a way. A joy to shop in~”
“Very nice customer service very friendly and welcoming. Good place to buy vapes got a lot of options and variety.”
“Great place to shop for quality products”
“It's got everything you need and much much more try the chicken tenders, chips and gravy.”

“Very ordinary experience nothing outstanding just a supermarket.. the staff are always polite, product range is limited obviously with the store footprint being significantly smaller than a normal supermarket. It’s more like a 4 square”
“One of the early Countdown stores, nicely situated in the Northcote shopping centre area. Parking are part of the shopping centre. Pricing are typical Countdown. Interior has been modernised and now it feel refreshing. Staff members are helpful, and variety are quite good.”
“Convenient Parking & Can Send Money To Samoa First to Open and Last To Close Lots of Cheap products”
“This is the first time we went to this supermarket, reasonably stocked up. It’s clean and tidy in the hot food section, We found some boiled eggs, which was a first to see in any supermarket. We didn’t find a couple of our usual things like some lean cuts of lamb. Layout is similar to any other pak n save. There is plenty of parking. I couldn’t find any undercover parking. The staff is very helpful and courteous the first thing in the morning, and it wasn’t very busy.”
“Always keen to shop here, great variety, good price sales, meat, groceries n personal items, vege n meat shop in the same complex ✌️”
“Today I met a very kind cashier at the supermarket. She greeted me with a smile and helped me check out quickly. When I made a small mistake with my payment, she was patient and polite. Thank you for your great service!”
“Always had a good time placing an order with Supie. Use it infrequently, as still have to shop around here and there locally to get other staples I need. Their product is great, website is easy to use. What I don't get is the 1star reviews on here, from a bunch of accounts that have never bothered to leave reviews anywhere else. Not going to say outright this is the big supermarket chains having a go at the startup competition, but seriously do think for yourself about what is best for you and your family, and have a trial before believing any 1star review on here.”
“The owner from my understanding doesn't speak english fluently (as his first language) but always tries to make conversation with customers especially regulars. The store was my go to for daily morning herald newspaper and he always greeted me with a smile and "just the herald this morning?". Hope to see the owner again soon”
“It’s amazing but needs to have more Turkish products.”
“Friendly staff, reasonable prices, plenty of parking”
“If you to buy the cheapest vegetables, fruit, fish, milk, eggs and other selected groceries, come to this place. This place is no doubt the cheapest in Auckland. But I feel sad when some people steal from this place. Especially from the fruit that is placed outside. I saw with my own eyes, some fat Pacific Islander lady stole a watermelon and walked to her car. Shame. The store should have more security to deal with such thieves”
“Perfect coffee kiran. she was amazing and her customer service was top notch. Thank you. So hard to get friendly welcoming people these days.”
“One of the cleanest toilets compared to the other gas stations in Auckland.”
“Still fantastic food and great value. I bought a steak, cheese and Jalepeno, a steak cheese and bacon pie for one son and a sausage roll for another son. The only comment I got from those two was ‘delicious’. I see they’re also baking a macaroni cheese and chicken pie but it sells out early so I’m gonna hafta get myself organised and get in there earlier for that! Sorry, no photos, i was too hungry!”
“This place is great. It's great for grabbing a quick snack before roaming around New Lynn.”
“It's one of my fave countdown stores even though it's small. I'm only shopping for one person. The staff are friendly and efficient. It's close to cafés, eateries, pubs, nail and hair salons, and public transport. It's not as crowded, and plenty of parking.”
“Have lived near and visited this dairy regularly for the last 9 years! Lovely owners and always friendly and welcoming. Such patience for when our kids were younger and took FOREVER to choose a treat haha. Great addition to our local area :)”
“One of the best shops for Indian groceries. The prices are very affordable, and there is a wide variety of options available. We visit almost four times a week since we live in a nearby suburb. As it’s on the way home, my kids always love stopping by for ice creams and lollies. The owner treats us like family. I work in the IT sector, and my brain feels completely exhausted almost every evening. Honestly, visiting this shop feels like stress relief and relaxation. We often talk about each other’s family lives and many other topics. We even pop in whenever we feel lonely or stressed. Overall, the owners welcome me and my kids in a very warm and heartfelt way. Especially the vindi (okra) — it’s always very fresh and reasonably priced.”
“Great shop hope roshni is still there”
