Staff were so rude, both girls looked visibly disgusted when I got to the counter, as if having a customer was unforgivable. I pointed out that one of their stock had expired and they just took it off me, did not even apologise or thank me for letting them know. The staff need better customer service training.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced One young girl making coffees the other girl filling drinks fridge new there was a long queue still wouldn't service. I had to actually ask girl to service us.
Perfect coffee kiran. she was amazing and her customer service was top notch. Thank you. So hard to get friendly welcoming people these days.
Buy before you get to airport unless you want to pay $4.80 for 750m of plain pump water, or $3.00 for a kitkat or $9.00 for a block of ordinary chocolate. Totally cashing in on un-witting passengers. A complete rip off.
