   Very disappointing experience. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, I noticed several food items were expired, which is unacceptable and concerning. I would not recommend this shop and I will not be returning.

   One of the best shops for Indian groceries. The prices are very affordable, and there is a wide variety of options available. We visit almost four times a week since we live in a nearby suburb. As it’s on the way home, my kids always love stopping by for ice creams and lollies. The owner treats us like family. I work in the IT sector, and my brain feels completely exhausted almost every evening. Honestly, visiting this shop feels like stress relief and relaxation. We often talk about each other’s family lives and many other topics. We even pop in whenever we feel lonely or stressed. Overall, the owners welcome me and my kids in a very warm and heartfelt way. Especially the vindi (okra) — it’s always very fresh and reasonably priced.

   Today, I read the first review of this shop, and I must share my experience. I agree with the criticism by other customer; not only was the older lady rude, but two young ladies were also extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a pack of rusk which turned out to be soggy and tasteless. When we informed the shop about it they said if this happend again please bring it back we will refund.. we bought two more pack of Rusk but this time we chose different brand which is very poplar. we opend one pack which had a washing powder smell. Although it was only a small amount, I decided to bring it back as per their request. However, to my surprise, the same lady had a complete change of attitude and rudely refused to take it back. I was appalled by their business practices. I handed both packs back to them without asking for a refund, but they shamelessly kept them on the shelf, one pack was unopened. Such shameless behavior! I plan to take further action

   Sells mouldy products and rude customer service - I bought frozen Lebanese bread which was fully mouldy and well past it’s best before date. Upon taking it back not only was there no apology offered but they tried to justify it saying they froze it within two days of getting it from their supplier and treated me as if I was trying to extort money from them. The older lady at the counter is EXTREMELY rude with ZERO customer service - she needs to really work on her interpersonal skills! Despite the product clearly being full of mould I still had to go back and forth explaining why I brought it back! For something that could be solved with a simple apology and a refund they treat you with no basic respect once they understand they’re at fault and just shush you away - I did get my refund eventually though.

   I bought mixer grinder from this shop. One of the jar lid was broken. I asked for replacement or refund but seller refused to give me the replacement or refund my money. Very rude customer service. Not recommend this shop to anyone. Now I complained about the issue in the consumer court. Don't buy expensive items from this shop. If there is any issues you can't get your refund or replacement. Don't waste your money.

   They force you to use plastic bags for bulk products, because they can't figure out how to subtract the weight of a container you bring from the weight of the product you put in it. There's a sign that says “don't waste the plastic bags”. Well, I won't, because I refuse to take single-use plastic bags. Won't be shopping here. Would give zero stars if I could.
