I had Covid and the Lady delivered pills to my home. I had earrings stuck in my ears and she took them out - no charge - so many things I could say of their great service cannot fault them if there is anything we need they get it in immediately lovely Brother/Sister and assistant. “Staff were really accommodating and caring when we had an emergency late afternoon on a Friday, really appreciate then getting us in and looking after our cat after she got into a scrap that left her with multiple injuries.”

“I used to take my cat to Vetcare on Great North Road. I was pleased to find that when that business closed, all my pet's records had been transferred to Auckland Pet Hospital. Recently, my elderly cat's health failed. The staff were super efficient, highly professional, and kind and caring as my cat had reached the point where his life was ending. I am very grateful for the empathy given to me as I shared the last minutes with my cat, which had been my constant companion for so many years. Lots of thanks to Auckland Pet Hospital.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The DIY pet wash is super popular and you can end up waiting. My advice would be to go during the week if you can. If its not busy, you can get an extra token if you have the unlimited wash for $99.”

“Beautiful place, beautiful staff, great customer service, and great prices. Our rottweiler had hydrotherapy for the first time.It's definitely worth doing it. She had an injury a couple of months ago. The hydrotherapy helped her to use her injured leg and will get her leg strong again. DIY wash included with hydrotherapy(that's an extra point). We took our other dog also for a DIY wash, great set-up, and shampoo. Thanks heaps. We will be back for hydrotherapy and dog wash next week.”

“Food was incredible. Came here for my partners birthday at lunch time very quiet and Food was delicious had kufta and lamb kebab with bread and wow the garlic sauce that came with the kebab was amazing never had anything like it! Bread was great meat was so succulent. The kufta sauce was delicious and the meatballs were succulent and I wish I could have eaten it all but I was so full! Thank you for this amazing food”

“Popped in here a few times trying on sneakers and Birkenstocks. Seriously great staff - everyone is super friendly and they offer you water (!!!) what a treat! I had the absolute best time with Sammy, she has great chat and also really attentive to my needs when I was looking for specific shoes (I’m picky). I wouldn’t come to Commercial Bay very often but this store is definitely one of the highlights there. Go there for the best shoes retail experience.”

“Franklin Vets Waiuku is by far the best veteranarian clinic I have been to in years. The way they care about the animals and the pet parents is outstanding. The receptionists are lovely and very thoughtful and always make me feel comfortable. The veterinarians are really nice and very informative. I would not take either of my pets to another clinic”

“Got my helix done 3 months ago, it was quick and easy. The ladies are really sweet, I came in to get my Helix downsized today and had a great conversation with the girl who had pierced me (who's name I unfortunately don't know). She was super gentle and listened to all my concerns as well as giving great advice. She was so welcoming and sweet, I can't wait to go back soon and hopefully get another peircing ❤️”

“Everything was great, and my wife especially loved their clothing styles. Unfortunately, all the wonderful moments ended with a parking ticket. Every time we went to this small shopping mall, we'd leisurely enjoy an afternoon tea, and browse the two clothing stores and one kitchenware/home furnishing store next door. The whole family would spend half a day enjoying eating and shopping there. Then one day, we inexplicably received a ticket saying we'd parked for more than two hours, incurring an $85 fine. They'd recently installed cameras to facilitate the fines. No problem, I don't want to appeal; I've already paid the fine (although I personally think two hours is far from enough). What I'm saying is, since the parking lot has its rules, okay, I'll follow them. But I won't be going to this mall again, even though I really love those shops.”

“Amazing bike track as you can see in my pictures. They have huge bike park with various tracks for all different levels. We just tried few track for beginners for 2 hours and we loved it. Also, they have a good quality of their rental bikes.”

I was a bit undecided on the carrot snacks for horses and if they would be okay for my dog. Well, she absolutely loves them and they are made with real ingredients, no 'nasties'. :) If she starts to 'neigh' I might have to rethink my treats :)”

“I've been stringing my rackets here and have also purchased new ones. The owner knows his stuff and offers the best deals in town. Thanks to him, my hybrid racket with natural gut strings feels amazing, even though it doesn't last long in New Zealand's weather. While all strings lose their tension over time, natural gut provides the best feel, even it is expensive. It's totally worth it, though, since he knows exactly how to string it the way I like it. “A hidden gem that serves up some fantastic ramen and other dishes. Went here with my fiancée to grab some ramen and katsu after a long day of adventures and hikes. They are in a rather odd location, a warehouse district with no discerning signs of a restaurant in the heart of it. However if you have the drive it has definitely worth a stop. Staff is super friendly and dishes come out piping hot. Would just mention that there isn’t a ton of seating inside and outside so larger parties may run into some obstacles there. However a more intimate dinner date is easy.”
