   Today I had an appointment with Oral Health Therapist Reem, and I have to say, it was genuinely such a relaxing experience. She’s incredibly warm, gentle and so skilled at what she does. Everything was completely painless, and I honestly could have fallen asleep in the chair. Highly recommended! I also want to mention Dr. Lance, who is truly the best dentist I’ve ever met. I actually followed him from his previous practice, where he was my orthodontist, to this new clinic, that’s how much I trust him. His expertise, patience, and all-around wonderful personality make him a rare find. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

   I recently needed to have a tooth extracted; something I was looking forward to with great trepidation, mainly because of a pretty traumatic extraction I'd previously had with our normal dentist. Carl was very reassuring and told me I could change my mind at any time as it wasn't going to be a straightforward extraction. Much to my surprise the whole process (three stages) was utterly painless. This has now been my third visit with Carl since my daughter recommended him to me. Our normal dentist had become far too expensive and Carl has been absolutely brilliant; a really nice bloke; great to talk to and very professional.

Visiting the dentist is always one of the most anxious and stressful things, but both my son and I felt completely ease during consultation and check-up. My son and me both are appropriate his time.    I just got my pulled tooth out by Dr. Lance today and I have to say, that was the most comfortable dental experience I ever had. I went home feeling pain free and reassured. It was a very difficult step for me considering my trust issues with Dentists, but Dr. Lance really approached it with much care and patience. Booking another session with him feels much lighter now, and I feel like I can finally take that next step of caring for my teeth without hesitation. I'm glad that my dentist hunting is over, thank you Dr. Lance and I look forward to having my teeth taken care by your team. Oh and my experience with the dental hygienist last time was superb too! I forgot her name, I think it was Emily? Emma? but anyway, I really appreciated the gentleness and the education around it. Team is excellent! Thank you thank you for giving me the service that I truly need :)

   Like most of us, I usually dread going to the dentist- but this team: absolutely incredible. They are professional, genuine, caring and affordable, from reception to the dental team. I've seen both Lance and Nour and do not have a single negative thing to say about them. Lance makes sure to take time to ask to interact and engage with you and check what you want/need, and Nour is gentle, efficient, kind and attentive. I genuinely trust that they want what is best for you. I work in Te Tonga o Tāmaki Makaurau/ South Auckland and travel to them after work in rush hour, because they are worth the commute- and I wouldn't even do that for free donuts. Thank you team, for your amazing mahi and the care you give to your clients.

   I didn't get to attend my appointment due to the flooding in Auckland, so it is through no fault of the practice. The receptionists that I interacted with - Jess and Stella - were so lovely, and they did all they could to accommodate me. I highly recommend this practice, and my partner has been to them before for dental cleaning, and said they are great. Thank you for being so kind!

   I've got the best dental treatment experience in my life right here. First Now... 1) Thanks to Lance for his exceptional skills, kindness and being honest. 2) Thanks to very kind lady who was assisting during the process. She was very good. 3) This clinic has very good and very modern tools, boring machines, suction nozzles, dental glasses, UV-hardening gun, etc. 4) The last, but the very important - price. It was twice lower that in nearby clinic in sunnynook near countdown where I did teeth check too (and that was a horror-show, but this is another story...) 5) Nice building look. Both exterior and interior. I like it. Nice big and sharp TVs. Both in the hall and in the treatment room's ceilings. Good ambient. I will come back to Bays Dental in case if I need from now on. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends. Wish all the best to this business and its team. "People are treasure of a company" and your people proven it.
