Josh and his team have been the best pharmacists and will forever be the only pharmacy me and my family will go to. Much more helpful and more friendlier than my GP’s one. Always happy to see us and always likes to chat to us
My family has been coming to this pharmacy for years, but my mum had a very disappointing experience. When she was told that her card didn’t work, she said she wanted to leave the purchase, but the staff insisted on trying again and placed cellotape on her EFTPOS card without asking. They then told her that the barcode was damaged and advised her to get a new card, causing her unnecessary inconvenience. The bank later confirmed that her card was fine, which suggests the issue was with the pharmacy’s machine. However, she still had to have the card reissued, as the barcode would be damaged once the cellotape was removed. She did not receive a proper apology and left feeling very upset. I would appreciate it if, in future, customers were treated with more respect, even during busy hours. It is unfortunate, as we have been loyal customers for a long time.
