This pharmacy is fantastic. They have a great relationship with my doctors and they call me if I’ve forgotten to pick up a prescription. I find them really funny and personable when I’m in there and they help you immediately when you walk in! They’re very knowledgeable about everything I ask for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I called in with a question about Warfarin monitoring and was welcomed and given so much great information. Absolutely above and beyond service. All staff took the time to help and were so very kind. Wonderful experience all round. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
Where to Begin! What an amazing bunch of humans here at Neills Pharmacy, Mt Wellington. This place has quietly been my haven for relief. I feel like I spend so much time here with being the main carer for my elderly Mother, Disabled brother & our 5 children I am constantly picking up all sorts of Meds, Creams & allergy meds. This place isn't just a Pharmacy, the whole team are genuine with anyone that comes into their store. Jin & David make you feel like you're literally blood whanau, consistent, caring & extremely empathetic. We have not only witnessed this care but we have received it through their Service. All the staff are super helpful and we're doing amazing even throughout Covid. I went in again yesterday to use NZ Post services and the young girl working was fabulous, efficient and multitasking on another level :)

David is the best pharmacist I have come across in a long time. He is compassionate, friendly and super efficient. He goes above and beyond what is required of him. I have been into this pharmacy many many times over the years and I am always SUPER impressed with the service. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to sort any issues you may have regarding prescriptions. Bonus points because I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my prescription which is really fast compared to other pharmacies I have been to where I have waited at least 20+ minutes, even for 1 item. The NZ Post staff are awesome too! This was where I chose to get vaccinated and I highly recommend! A+ Unichem Neills staff
We booked in as a family to get our second vaccination. The whole operation was run really well. The staff were friendly and made us feel very relaxed, explaining carefully the process and also what one could expect sometimes from the second shot. They showed extremely good cultural understanding and diligence in the way they approached us. What was also really important was how they talked to and discussed the vaccination with my younger sister who was born with Down's Syndrome, treating her so respectfully and making her feel at ease. Excellent and exceptional customer service. Thanks team for making this process so much better.
