“Our room was really nice and cozy, came with nice amenities like a stovetop, heat pump, microwave, toaster, kettle. Room was really clean, the bathroom was small but nice and the bedroom was cozy. We had a problem with the stovetop, we couldn't seem to get it to work properly but this could've just been our own error instead of the stovetop being broken. Maybe check to see if you can get the stovetop working if you're planning on cooking while you stay, we resorted to the microwave which worked well. Reception staff was really friendly, we would stay here again. Also right across the street from the grocery store which makes things way easier.”

“We stay at the poenamo hotel often. We live in Brisbane and come home often. We stay here because the rooms are comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is good and kitchenette perfect for vogels toast and tomato in the morning. The price is reasonable and location perfect. Easy access to the motorway. Good food close by. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thankyou.”

“Have lived here since 2021 and it's not at all bad from what others may say. This place helps out people in need and it's definitely not a boring time here lol people tend to keep to themselves but also there's a community here too. The owner Brad is very welcoming and this place helps people stay off the streets so definitely recommend for short or long term stays.”

Laundry services onsite ..were a little bit pricey but hey its a motel. Owners were friendly and accomidating.”

One has the ocean view. Superb location, close to all the nice eating places. And staffs have been very supportive, they even upgraded our room for free!”
