Most unprofessional person/business. Made an appointment which she confirmed, then msged me to change the time. Then when we turned up to the day/time she wanted, completely denied being in contact with me. Also my dogs are completely frightened of this lady Jamie/mokochen and has come back with bleeding nails
We have been coming to Bayview Grooming for couple of years. Jamie has always taken great care of Miss Lilly, which I am very grateful as she is 14 years young. Highly Recommend
Jamie did a brilliant job with my small dog, his hair was very over grown prior he now looks pretty and tidy. She was able to book me in with little notice aswell, highly recommend!

First two photos were what I wanted my dogs to get cut and came out with no shaping, the ‘groomer’ shaved everything including fur on the face. And it will take at least half an year or longer to grow back. The ‘groomer’ even had cuts on one of my dog’s private part without even telling me when I picked them up. Try to ask what happened and no reply at all. If the ‘groomer’ is professional then she would know what a westie cut looks like rather than just shave and even hurted my dog.
We are very disappointed at the last grooming experience at this place, my dog came home with a patch of hair shaved off behind his ear and had a little cut. His hair is choppy and uneven on his chest, also he looked stress and traumatised after he got home. We are very upset to see him like this and when I texted the groomer questioning what happened there, I’d never get an apologies or explanations for that! Will never take him back there again :(
Took our little dog here for the first time today. Jamie did a fabulous job! He came out looking fantastic,so clean and soft! We spent an hour at home looking at his cuteness and cuddling him. He has had a few grooms in the past but never this good! We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend
