   I can’t recommend this groomer enough! The owner is absolutely lovely — so welcoming, kind, and attentive. You can really tell she cares deeply about every dog that comes through the door. Her attention to detail is incredible, and Daisy always comes out looking and feeling amazing. I always feel at ease knowing she’s in such good hands and being so well looked after throughout the entire process. Truly a gem of a place!

   Exceptional Groom. Took our 2 dogs Jane and Lola. Very happy with the job Brianna did. She was geat with our dogs. Both dogs look fantastic. Highly recommend. We will definitely be taking ours back there when next groom due.

   Horrible customer service, showed up at the time I booked and the lady yelled at me from inside the store saying “sorry too late.” Didn’t even walk out and say it nicely, apparently she moved the time last minute, and was very rude to me because I didn’t realise. Finally she took my dog inside for a groom and after I thought everything was fine until I got home and after awhile blood was all over my white carpet. Checked my dogs paws and she had cut the nails too short so they started bleeding everywhere, called in and they blamed it on their ‘new assistant helper’ who was in a rush. Absolutely no excuse and will not be going back.

   I’ve never left a review before, however I’m really disappointed as a regular customer to be constantly sprung with undisclosed price increases. If these were discussed up front it would go a long way, instead of simply insisting ‘that’s just the way it is.’ I’m genuinely surprised by the way this has been handled as it could really have been avoided with clear and friendly communication…price is not so much the issue as the way it has been managed. I’m willing to pay more for honest service and warmer professionalism elsewhere.

   Fiona is amazing! We started taking our mini schnauzer @16wks old and Fiona eased him into the grooming life. Now, he loves going and sits there their happily while Fiona works her magic.

   Fiona was fantastic! I googled a place to take our fur child and this place popped up with availability. Didn't know what to expect for our puppies first grooming but we were extremely happy to have found this gem. She took the time to explain the whole process, gave us great honest advice to help us at home and was extremely careful and caring with our wee one. I would 1000x recommend this place to anyone.
