My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

We went for a reiki traditional Maori healing mirimiri, the koha is $20 and well worth it, my husband and 4yr old son also participated. “I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. “The buildings are getting a bit tired however a major bonus was the natural springs private spa (not all rooms) It fills with very hot spring water and if you've got the time it's best to fill it 3 hours before you're going to use it so it can cool down without needing to dilute it with fresh cold water.”

“Already seeing a huge difference after just a few lessons, my little boy loves his swimming lessons and if we miss for any reason we are able to do a makeup. Warm water great team.”

“It was super simple and really easy to use! I think this might be the only place where you don’t even have to change your shoes, which already deserves a high rating. Honestly, as long as I can bowl, I’m happy — it doesn’t need to be fancy. The only thing I’d say is that the elevator to get there could really use some improvement!”

“Best workout without working out. Don't realise how much exercise you get until all the adrenaline and excitement wears off and the two day later muscle aches kick in lol best time with my kids and missus. Smiles all round. Definitely best to go at high tide”
