   My name is Joyce Horne and on Thursday my husband and I went to the store in order to view an item of furniture. We were greeted pleasantly and Deep offered to help us with our search. She guided us to the relevant piece and showed us it's various features. She then left us to discuss matters in private. This shows excellent sales experience. If staff hover and keep on talking about the product it can be very off putting. Shoppers need a few minutes to dwell on their requirements and make a final decision. I complimented Deep on this and said it showed good skill. I told her manager as I would like it to be added to her sales/work file.

   The head boards shipped with the wrong size of screws. Peter took it upon himself to sort this out for us and made a couple of trips so ensure he found the right solution for us.
